Across the Universe

U is for Universe.

And A is for Apple, but not the Apple recording studios. Here’s a cover of the Beatles tune by Fiona Apple that was used on the soundtrack for the movie Pleasantville. I love that movie. I love this song. I love Fiona Apple.

I tell you, there’s love practically dripping all over the place right now. Enjoy.

    Wow–thanks for this video! I hadn’t heard the Fiona Apple version of this one yet. I’m a huge Fiona fan, so it’s nice to hear something else. I always kind of cringe when I hear her and Johnny Cash sing “Father and Son.” I feel like she’s trying and he’s, well, he’s Johnny Cash. I guess he doesn’t have to try as hard… 🙂

      Glad I could introduce you to such a cool version of the song. I like Johnny Cash too, but I didn’t care much for his duets with Fiona.
